Lismore Town

Lismore Castle Arts is situated on the outskirts of Lismore town. which has been designated a Heritage Town and all the amenities are a mere two minute walk away.

The town has a Heritage Centre, which is open to the public and includes a film show of the history of the area. There are several bars in the town, which regularly host Irish musical evenings.

Lismore is within easy reach of the main points of entry to Ireland from abroad and the main towns of the south of Ireland.

The Lismore Immrama Travel Writing Festival is held over a weekend in June each year.
